The following day I ring ask for clarification and the reply was a spike in payments from our customers. I then ring Square customer support WA time 3pmish but guess what they only operate eastern states hours so WA is not supported during normal business hours! This is a major flaw and poor customer support and service. Having gone to the Square app where companies like this encourage you to go there was no message, advice or explanation. Having been a Square customer for just under one year we had no issues until this week when it went spectacularly wrong!!!!!Įarlier this week we got an email from Square advising our account services had been suspended without an explanation and that a message was in our dashboard. DO NOT USE Square Products or Services Australia find an alternate solution to your business or personal needs based on our appalling experience this week.
